Throughout the 20th century, Vallès became a powerful economic hub thanks to industrialization. This route provides a historical overview from the late 19th century, highlighting key transformations: changes in transportation, the arrival of the railway, the emergence of photography, the construction of the hospital, the expansion of factories and steam engines, the rise of new industrialists, and the formation of associations.
With a circular walking route of approximately 1.5 hours, this is a long but flexible tour: you can start at any stop and choose to listen only to the points that interest you.
